Body, Mind & Spirit is evolving into Inspired Birth and Families. We are a Childbirth and Family Resource Center located in Albuquerque, New Mexico located alongside Rio Grande Midwifery Health and Family Resource Center. We are still THE resource for expecting parents, but we also offer numerous classes for those with babies, young kids and even older kids.
