Amylee teaches childbirth classes, positive parenting, the Sign2Speak classes and playgroup, Potty Training, Diapering Options, Menu Planning, Nourishing Our Children and more.
Amylee Udell, owner of Inspired ~ Amylee, a mother of three, taught with Body, Mind & Spirit (Inspired’s predecessor and Inspiration) for over six years before buying it. From her first love, infant sign language, to diapering to baby food, sharing her parenthood adventure comes naturally to her.
A staunch advocate for options in childbirth, she aims to help expecting parents peacefully navigate their options in order to improve their prospects of obtaining their desired birth experience, whatever that may be.
She is Master level Signing Time Instructor with the Signing Time Academy and works regularly with childcares, preschools and other educators, as well as parents and libraries, to promote the use of ASL signs with hearing children. Amylee believes firmly in the mission of Inspired Birth and Families and enjoys helping build community with and among everyone who attends classes here.
