Join Juniper Drennan to create a work of art that will be an enduring reminder of this special time with your baby. Each piece is unique! This is a hands-on workshop during which Juniper will help you cast your pregnant belly and give you ideas on how to decorate your belly when you leave.
As an artist Juniper has been creating body casts for over 15 years. It was only when she became a Labor and Delivery nurse eight years ago that she thought to incorporate the pregnant body into her artwork. Belly casting is a way for her to combine her love and respect of the pregnant form with her artwork. “Our bodies undergo so many amazing changes during pregnancy and this is a way for me to capture the beauty of each woman’s transformation into motherhood and provide remembrance of the miracle of life growing within.”
