Birth Classes in Spanish
Spanish language birth classes are typically private classes at a rate of $35 per hour and a 4 hour minimum. If circumstances allow, we can combine private classes to lower the cost for the couples. As with all our birth classes, it is best to have them completed by 36 weeks.

Karen Arnold ~ Karen Arnold is a mother of 4 with positive home and hospital birth experiences. For the first 17 years of her life, she lived in Nicaragua, Peru, Costa Rica, and Panama and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. After having her first child she was inspired to help other mothers experience natural, normal birth. In 2001 she completed her training to become a Bradley educator and taught childbirth classes and served as a doula in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She co-founded Birth Options Resource Network, a birth network which serves women and their families in Southern Minnesota and Southeastern South Dakota. Karen’s family moved to Albuquerque in 2005 and she is thrilled to continue serving the birth community with Inspired, where she also teaches the 3 Week Birth Booster series.
