• Drive east on Lomas to Yale Boulevard (about 1 mile)
• Turn right on Yale Boulevard (heading south)
• Drive up the hill on Yale to Las Lomas Road (about 0.2 mile)
• Turn right on Las Lomas (heading west)
• Aquinas Newman Center is the second building on the right

PARKING is available directly in front, in back and to the EAST of the center.  Should that be full, we are checking on other parking options.  UNM Parking Services does not ticket cars on the weekend unless they are parked in a designated space (i.e. handicapped or a specifically designated UNM space).  Cars should be fine parked on the street or in the lot at the SE corner of Redondo and Las Lomas (big parking lot SW of the Center, visible from University Ave).

This is THE class to get you, your baby and your family off to a great start! Intended for moms less than 24 weeks along, this class will cover Albuquerque Birth Options and resources, common discomforts and comfort measures, upcoming physical and emotional changes, nutrition and exercise, risks and benefits of medical tests offered in pregnancy, different childbirth preparation philosophies and classes, as well as general Dos and Donts and warning signs for potential problems and MORE.
